How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for tours and transfers, and 1 week ahead for multi-day packages. During peak season (June-October), earlier booking is advised.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. Contact us for details.
Do you offer pickup from Windhoek?
Yes, we offer transfers from Windhoek (Hosea Kutako International Airport) to Walvis Bay and Swakopmund. Contact us for pricing on long-distance transfers.
